Simple Sustainable Skincare Routine
With all the different skincare products going around it is easy to end up with a lot of different products! Before you know it you are using 10 different products on your skin, but your skin looks no better!
Sometimes I feel it's best to just keep it simple and since you are here, I'm guessing you're thinking the same. So today I wanted to share a simple minimal skincare routine that gets the job done but also uses natural organic products which are better for your skin.
I have very oily skin so I use the love nature organic tea tree oil and lime range for each step. I love this skincare range, it's affordable, made with natural ingredients, isn't too harsh on your skin and if you get blemishes you will notice the difference in your skin in just a few days. The spots and redness will be noticeably reduced. You can check out the range by clicking here. If you have oily skin I would highly recommend trying this range for yourself.
If you have any other skin type click here to check out the rest of the love nature range.
Step 1 - Cleanse your skin with a cleanser and warm water.
Step 2 - Tone your skin to close your pores it should also have ingredients that will benefit your skin type for example tea tree oil for oily skin.
Step 3 - Moisturise to nourish and hydrate your skin. Your moisturiser should also contain ingredients that will benefit your specific skin type.
If you have any particular skin concerns you can then add a serum or an extra treatment for that, but if you are using skincare products that suit your skin you may not have to use any extra products. For example, if I start breaking out, at the end of my routine I will use the SOS spot treatment on that area until it is reduced then stop using it.
So that is the simple minimal skincare routine. If you give it a go stick to it for at least 1 - 2 weeks and let me know how you get on in the comments.
Below are before and after pictures from when I first started using love nature. This result is after only one week of this simple skincare routine.
